Peace of Mind Despite a Packed Basement

Even in a cluttered basement, safety comes first. This homeowner saw radon levels between 5–8 pCi/L and knew it was time to take action. While much of the basement is packed, the back corner near the plumbing stack is accessible—making it the ideal spot for a sub-slab extraction point. There’s an inaccessible crawlspace at the front of the home, so we’re installing without a warranty on levels, but we’ll do everything we can to get a strong result. Entry will be through the side basement door, as the basement stairs are quite steep.
