Educated homeowners about this and they agreed. The team will encapsulate the 2 areas on the east side of the home along with the crawlspace. It will be a 4-point system as the home is quite large. Three points in the crawl spaces where existing system is run. Plus one point under or next to the stairs. The area under the stairs is tight and will need to be encapsulated. The radon fan was replaced with a better one and the clients requested to keep the old. Everything went well and homeowners are happy!
