With an unfinished basement, our team designed a radon mitigation system focused on both effectiveness and simplicity. The plan: install the extraction point directly in the sump, unless interior drain tile is found, in which case the back corner offers a more discreet pipe route. A fan will be placed at the back corner of the home, blending function and curb appeal. The techs will seal floor cracks as needed to reduce radon entry and, unless their local electrician steps in, we’ll handle the electrical as part of the install.
