Radon Mitigation - Milford, NE
Fixing 17.5 pCi/L Radon in a Challenging Home With a Smart Two-Point System
Radon testing revealed levels of 17.5 pCi/L in this home, well above safe limits and requiring professional radon mitigation. With a complex roofline and a cluttered basement, careful planning was key. After coordinating cleanup before installation and duct cleaning, our radon contractor designed a two-point sub-slab extraction system in the back room, spaced 12 feet apart for effective radon reduction. The system connects high and exits through the side of the home using coring, meeting clearance requirements from windows and rooflines. We also sealed the sump pit and installed a 20x25 Breathe Easy air cleaner to improve indoor air quality and reduce radon exposure symptoms.

Radon Mitigation - Seward, NE
The homeowner spends her time in the basement since that's where her work from home set-up is arranged. She prefers to make herself protected from radon using a mitigation system because she prioritizes her health over anything. Regardless of having average radon levels in her area, she is still happy with her decision getting one for her own safety.
Crawlspace Encapsulation - Seward, NE
This client inquired for a home radon test and returned with very low levels. He already has an existing system but wanted to extend it on the other side of the house. The team did an inspection and saw that the crawlspace was a mess. It looks like it was only sealed with broken clay pots placed in the wall. The crawlspace was quite small so we offered an encapsulation with no extraction points. Everything turned out the way the client expects it to be!
