This home has multiple chambers and we addressed the tight crawlspaces along with the north half basement with extraction points. We did show a proposal to the customer and explained that it would be good to locate the fan on the back of the house rather than it being in the neighbor's driveway side. The customer agreed and everything went well. 

This is the 2nd time this company called us to set up a radon mitigation system for their building. The first project we had with them is soil vapor intrusion from their 2nd structure. We have explained what the client needs to know in terms of the route to the crawlspace necessities and they agreed. 

Andrew did a great job in this install that had 4 extraction points and an encapsulation. The customer had high levels of radon and wanted to make sure the home was safe!

Our crew installed this mitigation system for a homeowner who was concerned about their high radon levels. Now they can sleep better at night knowing their radon problem has been taken care of.
