Radon Defense Midwest Before & After Photos

Met with Bonnie and her husband Trevor. He bought the house 4 years ago and didn't do a radon test till now and was curious on what levels were. They are at 14. Sump pit with pump but no drain tile. Perforate liner. Found lots of storage items in crawlspace. Items to be moved off perimeter to make access for sealing. They plan to build a new home in a couple years. There was some interest in BEZ but selling deterred them. The installation went well as planned.

This project was kind of a challenge since the client has a lot of stuff to move but we did not see that as a challenge. We were able to manage to move things and clean up after. The client was really happy!
