Radon Concerns After Diagnosis

After a family member was diagnosed with lung cancer, the client became more aware of environmental factors that could contribute to health risks. A friend mentioned radon, so they conducted a test in their home. The results showed elevated radon levels, which left them alarmed. Wasting no time, they arranged for a radon mitigation system to be installed. Post-installation tests showed significantly lower radon levels, providing the family with comfort that they had taken an important step to reduce future risks.

This client was referred by their neighbor who was our regular. Anything related to home maintenance they really tried to get in touch with us. It was a little challenge for the team as due to the multiple renovations in the home, they can't access slab on grade or any crawlspace to work with. The team explained to the owner that they would have to clear out the one accessible crawlspace to start the installation and for any future projects that would link to it. The owner agreed and installation was smooth as a baby. Homeowner was really happy how it turned out!

This client started working from home and wanted to remodel his basement into his personal office and soon to be 'man cave'.
