Radon Defense Midwest Before & After Photos

This was a commercial project that involves a multi-residential facility and the owner is highly concerned about their tenants' safety. They also highly recommended us for their upcoming project which involves a single apartment unit. 

This client used Ecosense to get a snapshot of their levels and called us right away. They wanted to have the basement protection with a radon mitigation system since she is looking to sell the house soon. The installation was great and client was really happy!

This installation was a simple up and out 1 point system. The team made an extraction point from the home's mechanical room along the north wall close to the mains tack. The fan was placed outside on the north wall. The reason for the homeowner to get a radon mitigation system is because her daughter will be living with her and she wants both of them to be healthy and safe from radon exposure. 

Andy was very nice and bought the house 6 years ago with his family. He was unsure of levels and thought under 10 when I asked, but I was getting much higher levels using the EcoTracker. The home had a two-chamber basement - which was the start. Health concerns was the primary reason, and they will start to build an extra bedroom for another family member there. 

Andrew and John did a great job installing this exterior radon mitigation system for our customer. They work from home now in their basement and levels were high so they wanted to make sure they were as safe as possible.
