With radon levels ranging from the mid-20s to low-30s, this install required a 3-point mitigation system to effectively draw down levels throughout the home. We’ll be exiting through the rim joist on the far corner, providing a direct and efficient route for airflow and pressure reduction. The homeowner also requested a new sump pump with a full discharge line run, so the team will need to bring materials to complete the PVC line and cap the existing sump discharge. Because indoor air quality mattered just as much as radon, especially with the client being a registered nurse, she added a 16x20 Breathe Easy filter upgrade for healthier, cleaner air moving forward.

A call of worry from this couple needed our help as they were worried to be poisoned by radon. We educated them the signs and symptoms and so far they weren't experiencing any of it.
