Service is awesome. Super personable. I love the get to know you technician email. While seems simple, this adds so much more of a human touch. The welcome type kit mailed out was great too.

Byron was personable and worked with integrity. I felt like he did the checks he needed to and was honest about his assessment. He very well could have sold me a new fan as I had already convinced myself that it was bad. He could have gone up into the attic and said yep, you're right and sold me product. However, he chose to provide me with the options and his professional opinion so that I could make the best decision for myself and my family. He was a really cool dude too.
