It was fun talking to this homeowner, he was very accommodating the moment we spoke to him on the phone. Not only that, he even upfront paid for the whole radon mitigation system. He mentioned he wanted to get it on the 'right time' before inflation would start on them. The design was a dual system with 7 extraction points. It was a straightforward install with both fans on the north side of the home. Everything went well!

This was a huge home that needed extra care. After the pandemic impact, the owners decided to have their own active passive system installed at their home. Upon checking, they had a thin wall. Everything was ready to go and they also had a tall garage for attic access. They were concerned about the fan noise but we did place it in the area where it wouldn't be a disturbance. This client turned in with radon levels of 6 in her home. She requested the radon mitigation system not be noisy or cause a disturbance outdoors. What the team did is a one point system by the home's plumbing stack and placed the fan in the wall between the garage and back side of the home. We placed a radon fan cover as the guarantee of the noise and the client didn't expect it would be that quiet so she was really happy!
