The next day the radon levels went from over 5 already down to 1.9! Initial signs are very good, thank you so much. The team did a wonderful job, we are very happy with the result. They were very professional and courteous! The process was smooth with no disruptions, it was clear they knew what to do and they got right to it. At one point we were worried about a waterline, and they were very responsive to our concerns. They spent more time with our big crawlspace ensuring that was properly sealed, and they did a great job. Everything was done well with the positioning of the system itself - it is perfect.

My wife and I originally purchased our radon mitigation system through Thrasher Basements. We received notification that National Radon Defense Midwest was taking over we were hesitant. We had an issue with our fan, making an odd noise. I called and the staff was super friendly. They were able to transfer my warranty by just giving my name and address. They got a crew scheduled out quickly. The crew arrived on time, was very patient, explained the process and exchanged my fan for me. The office followed up after that to make sure we were happy, and taken care of. Best part, is it did not cost us a thing because of the awesome 10 year warranty! We are VERY happy with National Radon Defense Midwest.

My daughter is a nurse, I developed a cough in Fall 2019. She stated she would like me to go through test to make sure it was not something more serious. I checked by breathe EZ filter after 3 weeks and could not believe the dirt and dust that it had collected.
