3-Point Mitigation + Sump Upgrade for a Health-Focused Homeowner

With radon levels ranging from the mid-20s to low-30s, this install required a 3-point mitigation system to effectively draw down levels throughout the home. We’ll be exiting through the rim joist on the far corner, providing a direct and efficient route for airflow and pressure reduction. The homeowner also requested a new sump pump with a full discharge line run, so the team will need to bring materials to complete the PVC line and cap the existing sump discharge.
