Radon Mitigation - Stella, NE
This client was a farmer, and his home was really difficult to find, even a GPS can't detect it. He built the house on 2006 and it has a poured foundation with an unfinished basement with a lot of stuff stored down there. The house had an elevated access point that is large opening into crawlspace that is 11'x12' and has large gravel over dirt. The crawlspace is about 3' tall inside, so won't be an issue. The owner is unsure of levels and hasn't tested in 10 years but said it was high then - we provided him with a charcoal test kit. The homeowner insisted to seal the floor cracks as well. The installation went quick and smooth!

This was a huge home with a big backyard. The homeowners tested for radon but returned low levels. Regardless of their result, they were really worried that a surge of levels might happen in the future so it's better to be safe than sorry. Well, whatever they believe in, is true. Good decision!
Radon Mitigation - Papillion, NE
This nice client was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer this year, she is holding up well, and it's crucial to provide excellent care. The priority is moving up radon mitigation and revisiting BEZ/ERV. Two extraction points were suggested—one in the sump and another on the garage foundation wall, allowing for an interior system. Various pipe run options through the garage were discussed. The team will be placing the ERV on the garage foundation wall near an outlet, with ducts running into the living room. The plan ensures proper ventilation without disrupting the TV area. There's ample space within the joists for intake and exhaust. Everything was set in detail for the client's protection. We wanted to make sure radon won't disrupt her health progress.

This client didn't have any high radon levels at all but he learned from a friend that regardless of it, radon's symptoms can worsen your health through the course of time. Being a responsible man that he is, he made sure his home and family is protected from radon exposure. He booked his very own radon mitigation system!
Radon Mitigation - Blair, NE
Dale, a 92-year-old former baseball coach at Dana College, is passionate about sports. Despite his hearing impairment, he lives alone in a ranch house with a semi-finished basement. Concerned about his family's future, he's testing for radon to ease their burden when he passes. With radon levels of 4.5 from a previous test, Dale also needs duct cleaning, as they haven't been serviced in years. Installation plans include a sub-slab extraction point in the storage room, routing through the soffit, and installing a fan cover. It's a proactive step to ensure his family's safety and ease their responsibilities in the future.
