What Is Radon Before & After Photos

These were one of our delicate customers as the main reason they got a radon mitigation system is because part of the homeowner's lung has been removed. He is entirely sensitive to anything that can attack his respiratory system or as simple as his breathing. The wife is overly concerned about radon at home, so they had to test, the reading came out to 30 pCi/L which was not good. They immediately booked an installation in the closest possible time and date. The team found a room for 3 extraction points and the point starts between the lift station and stack in storage closet. Second point was from the closet going to the bathroom and third point will be from the other closet with the bathroom that has a floor drain. Before the team started everything was identified and explained to both homeowners and all sets of expectations were laid down. They agreed and gave the go signal and everything was smooth as silk! They also threw in an addition of Breathe EZ filter and duct cleaning for extra protection. 

This homeowner was overly concerned with his radon levels at home and wanted to have a fix for it. He contacted us to get professional help and we educated him about the best mitigation system option ideal for his home. He also requested to add an ERV in the mix for additional protection! He was happy about it! 

This homeowner has decided to work from home and start his business indoors. He is concerned about the potential health risks of radon at high levels. He is looking into ways to mitigate these risks. The installation went well as his home had a large space with an intended sump. 

This was a two chamber home with radon levels in the teens. There was an ongoing construction related to plumbing issues in the home so they needed to do a straight forward installation from the laundry going to the storage room.
