Big or Small Home, Still Needs Radon Mitigation

This a retired couple who plans on selling their home, probably would like to downsize and enjoy retirement years. They had radon levels of 6.2, not safe. Sub slab extraction point in L shaped portion of basement next to plumbing stack. Installation was perfect!

This nice client was really accommodating through the team's arrival until the end of the installation. She was really sharing her story about her friend who got crazy health symptoms knowing she had high levels of radon in her home so she wanted to prevent that from happening in the future and made the decision to get her own. 

A father of two young children, Jerod, expressed keen interest in enhancing indoor air quality and ensuring a safer home by mitigating radon. His consumer detector indicated radon levels of 5 near the sump pit. Uncertain about the drain tile's location, which is a single tile angled into the pit, we discussed extraction options. Considering a route through the poured foundation wall, we planned to exit 10 feet away from the corner.
