What Is Radon Before & After Photos

This was a very simple and quick install since the home had big and enough space. The homeowner needed to make sure that their basement is protected regardless if they have low levels. 

This client recently purchased this home for his family and his children spend most of their time playing in the basement since that is where their toys are placed. The client was worried that his kids might be affected by high radon exposure since he is aware that his area had high levels. He managed to book Radon Defense Midwest and got a radon mitigation system installed. He was happy about how it turned out. 

This client considered getting his home tested after he hears the news that radon levels had gone up through the years. He got higher than average results which alarmed him to have one installed straight away. We were able to design a structure that is ideal to his needs and everything went smooth. 

This client had a radon mitigation installed for her elderly mom's protection as she is moving in with her coming from New Jersey. It might not be common or usual for other areas but for the protection of a loved one, this daughter will do anything. The installation went well! 

This nice client was concerned that have family members stay at the basement at times and so as her husband since he is near retirement. The team met the husband, and he was also an amazing guy, he was an athletic director at Creighton. Most of the basement is finished with no sump pit. The team created an extraction point behind the HVAC next to the plumbing stack. They did a route up and straight through he rims joist. They also purchased a Breathe EZ filter for additional protection along with duct cleaning. It's a successful install!
