What Is Radon Before & After Photos

This was a commercial area project, and they did radon testing which resulted in elevated levels. There are quite a lot of office units and a clubhouse to consider for additional testing since some are allegedly occupied. We were able to give out a brief layout of the planning and the owner was happy that it will go through how he imagined it. They were happy on how smooth and quality our radon mitigation system is installed regardless of the size of an area. It was an amazing opportunity for the team!

These nice homeowners noticed a musty smell in their basement and decided to test for radon. Radon Defense Midwest found high levels and installed a mitigation system, improving air quality and eliminating the smell.

This was a split level home that never had a radon mitigation system. The homeowners were a lovely couple who helped us with the movement of furniture to get a good spot for the installation. The team proceeded with a basement slab and through the wall. It was a nice experience since the couple has an idea about construction so everything was smooth sailing. 

Luke, a duplex homeowner for 7 years, works from home and recently discovered radon levels of 9 in the basement and 5-6 upstairs. His fiancé is concerned, so a passive system was preferred. We discussed every routing option available, and they decided to consider the dead space behind a closet or exterior installation. The installation was smooth as there were not much stuff to move.
