What Is Radon Before & After Photos

This installation was a 2-point system placed in the client's utility room. It was quite a challenge for the team as it was a zero entry garage so to avoid slab. they routed the pipe through the drywall and into the hallway them immediately elbowed to go through the wall above the door to stairway landing then up the wall back to the garage. The customer liked how it turned out and everyone was happy. 

It was not much of a complicated house but it definitely had a dirty crawlspace to begin with. The owner made the decision to get the radon mitigation installed first and everything will follow once done. He had a really large basement with enough room for the installation to be done. There was already an intended place for the radon mitigation system and it will be coming out to the back of the house. Everything went well. 

Andrew and the crew were able to do this interior install on a newly constructed home, to help the homeowners lower their levels prior to moving into their new home.

No home is too big or small! Andrew did a great job installing this exterior mitigation system for our homeowner. They were aware of the danger of high radon levels and wanted to fix the problem right away! Way to go Andrew!
