The client spends most of his time in his basement and since it's winter, he is worried that his radon levels might be triggering. This home was a very simple job as we did not have challenges upon installation. 

Richard was a nice guy and bought the house about a year ago for his wife and kids. Another investment really. The house had an unusual odor coming from the walls.
