Radon Mitigation System Installed With Eagle Radon Fan

A three-point radon mitigation system has been successfully installed as designed to address elevated radon levels in the home. The system layout was completed to maximize sub-slab depressurization and improve radon reduction across multiple basement chambers. A return visit is scheduled to complete the exterior piping and mount the homeowner’s requested Eagle Extreme radon fan. The homeowner was very clear about wanting this specific high-performance fan for long-term reliability and stronger airflow. Final payment will be completed once the team returns to finish the exterior installation and fan mounting.

This homeowner wants to spend more time in his basement and wants to make sure he is protected from the harmful effect of radon. He is fully aware that the symptoms are not showing on the spot.  So, he decided to get his own radon mitigation system. 

This client had their home tested and came back with high levels of radon. They prioritize their kids so much that never hesitated to search for the solution to prevent this and contacted Radon Defense Midwest. This client is a mom of a 3 kids with her husband who loves hunting. At first, they were having second thoughts to pursue this remediation system but most his neighbors have one and it was for the protection of the kids so he made the decision. He had a radon test which returned to 18.5, not good. Thrasher installed a partial system years ago with Waterguard, Triple Safe sump pump, and 32" Cleanspace on walls. There's a sub slab extraction point near sump pit and tap into Waterguard, then second extraction point near door in storage room. The team made a core through block wall to exit on side corner of house and installed a Breathe EZ filter.
