This was a very nice client who just recently retired and now he shares with the team that his wife calls all the shots in and out of the house. He currently gets allergies and sleeps in the basement a lot so the more concern of getting a radon mitigation system fix. The home's basement is unfinished and open. Installation will be in the sump pit with interior and exterior drain tile. Everything is perfect as to how they imagined it.
