This client's home structure was a challenge at first since the bedroom was in the basement. This home had a huge crawlspace to start with but once our tech got in the window opening was tight. We were able to manage everything in the installation process and the client was happy with the result! 

This was a repeat client and wanted to get the same radon mitigation system installed for their other home. Newer Home, Serious Concerns: Radon Mitigation for a Family Focused on Health

In a quiet rural setting sits a newer grey home, recently flagged for elevated radon levels. The homeowner, facing serious health challenges; couldn't risk prolonged exposure. With an unfinished basement, our team designed a radon mitigation system focused on both effectiveness and simplicity. The plan: install the extraction point directly in the sump, unless interior drain tile is found, in which case the back corner offers a more discreet pipe route. A fan will be placed at the back corner of the home, blending function and curb appeal. The techs will seal floor cracks as needed to reduce radon entry and, unless their local electrician steps in, we’ll handle the electrical as part of the install. The GPS may not pinpoint the exact house, but once you spot the grey exterior, you’ll know you're in the right place; ready to protect another family from the dangers of radon gas.

Everything was good the installer laid tarps over the carpet even took his shoes off. Swept the floor. Was even friendly to the dogs!
