Radon Mitigation - Washington, NE
This very concerned wife decided to get a radon mitigation system since her husband has cancer, but not lung cancer -- still, they wanted to get this underlying concern fixed to prevent any damages it can cause in the future. They requested their test kit and it came back with high levels. We advised them about the installation and tried our best to make it smooth while the husband is resting. We added BEZ to the mix for better filtering and ventilation.
Cat Lover Goes Extra Mile with Radon Mitigation
The home needed a 3 point system to get two basement chambers and the slab addition on east side of house. The client understands that there is no warranty on levels. There's a dirt cellar under the front of house that they blocked off and another potential inaccessible crawlspace on back of house. The team added a Breathe EZ filter and will need brackets to keep upright. The homeowner is a cat lover, so we expected cat stuff everywhere.
Far Away Client Needed Radon Mitigation Help
This client was a farmer, and his home was really difficult to find, even a GPS can't detect it. He built the house on 2006 and it has a poured foundation with an unfinished basement with a lot of stuff stored down there. The house had an elevated access point that is large opening into crawlspace that is 11'x12' and has large gravel over dirt. The crawlspace is about 3' tall inside, so won't be an issue. The owner is unsure of levels and hasn't tested in 10 years but said it was high then - we provided him with a charcoal test kit. The homeowner insisted to seal the floor cracks as well. The installation went quick and smooth!

Son's return home motivates cleaner air for all
Bill and Sharon's son recently rejoined them in their family home, moving into the basement. Knowing their son would spend a significant amount of time there, the Papillion couple began to worry about radon levels in their basement.
Sure enough, a test exposed high radon levels. With Bill's retirement right around the corner and Sharon's health history, the family decided radon mitigation was best for them all.
Luckily, our team was able to install a single-suction mitigation system and reduce the Papillion home's radon levels significantly, making it safer for Bill, Sharon, and their son.
Tribal Council recommends mitigation
Homeowners often find out about radon for the first time when their home is inspected as part of a sale or check-in from a housing authority group. For Sebrina and Arjan, it was a tribal council that tested their home and recommended radon mitigation.
The Winnebago homeowners found relatively love levels, ranging from 4.1 pCi/L to 5p Ci/L, but wanted to lower them as much as possible. They were concerned about their children, whose bedrooms are in the basement.
We installed a simple, quiet, and aesthetic mitigation system to ease the Winnebago couple's radon level and their worry without waking their children or disrupting their home.
Homeowner With Incomplete Lung Needs Radon Mitigation
These were one of our delicate customers as the main reason they got a radon mitigation system is because part of the homeowner's lung has been removed. He is entirely sensitive to anything that can attack his respiratory system or as simple as his breathing. The wife is overly concerned about radon at home, so they had to test, the reading came out to 30 pCi/L which was not good. They immediately booked an installation in the closest possible time and date. The team found a room for 3 extraction points and the point starts between the lift station and stack in storage closet. Second point was from the closet going to the bathroom and third point will be from the other closet with the bathroom that has a floor drain. Before the team started everything was identified and explained to both homeowners and all sets of expectations were laid down. They agreed and gave the go signal and everything was smooth as silk! They also threw in an addition of Breathe EZ filter and duct cleaning for extra protection.
New Townhouse Undergoes Healthy Renovations in Blair, NE
Beth recently purchased her townhouse in Blair and is renovating the entire home. She had a Radon mitigation system in her prior home and knew that she didn't want the exhaust fan on the exterior of the house, so our team routed the exhaust piping through the garage and out the attic. She was pleased with the one extraction point radon system with interior aesthetic package. Afterward, she shared, "Lance and Cole were in and out very quickly; everything went great - it's always great to see them! They are very polite and cleaned up well -- Cole even brought in my mail for me as they arrived as well! Both Lance and Cole were great and very funny, and now the pipe placement and system are all much better than it was! Ashlynn was also so kind on the phone - I love her messages so much. Thanks so much!"
