Radon Mitigation System Before & After Photos

This was a challenging client as we had numerous revisions on the installation draft until we had gone to the final piece. The client was really concerned about his home and security at the same time. Hesitant to let a worker in at first and gave in eventually. He decided to have the radon mitigation system installed in a confined space at the back of his home near the swimming pool. We educated him in everything that he needs to know from the coring through the piping on how it will flow through -- very technical person. He helped in moving some furniture in the process and wanted to make sure each piece is in place after. Everything was fine, he just really needed assurance from time to time. 

The cost of a radon mitigation system and building materials were initially inquired by this client. The team was able to discuss all components that make up the installation and how it works. They were bothered on how the system would impact their home long term but they were confident that it should protect them. Everything went well. 

Simple family with an average home. The primary concerns were the health of the children. At first, they believe radon is not even true but they were proven wrong until one of their non-smoking relatives was diagnose with lung cancer. They found out that their area was a high-risk radon zone. With this, they acted fast and got their own radon mitigation system. 

This was a huge home and the client requested to have her radon mitigation system installed -- the radon fan specifically not too far from the downspout. They did mention about their water issues in the home so it became a challenge in terms of removing the lid when they need to get to pump. This is a potential rental house for their extra income along side the recommendation of having their son's home to have a radon test. Amazing couple!
