This client made her full research about radon before deciding to get a radon mitigation system installed in her home. She made the decision to get the system after a few days learning that it will definitely prevent any harmful radon effects on her health. 

This was a huge home and the client requested to have her radon mitigation system installed -- the radon fan specifically not too far from the downspout. They did mention about their water issues in the home so it became a challenge in terms of removing the lid when they need to get to pump. This is a potential rental house for their extra income along side the recommendation of having their son's home to have a radon test. Amazing couple!
