Radon Mitigation - Shenandoah, IA
This client calls in for our help since his radon levels were extremely high. He didn't realize that the signs were there such as allergens, heavy breathing or even the musty smell. His radon test returned with levels of 43, the team even took a 2nd try but turned out the same. We have explained to the client the process of installation and he fully understands what we have to do. He emphasized to have it on the basement since that's where his office is placed along with his kids' playroom. Everything went well and no problems arise.
Radon Mitigation - Shenandoah, IA
This was one of the most challenging projects the team has faced. The client was an 80 year veterinarian and is very meticulous on every aspect of his home. The main point of him getting a radon mitigation system was for not himself, but for the future generations who would stay in the house. He also believed the resale value would be up because of this if ever his family decides on selling. He was also interested on the Breathe EZ filter for additional protection. His was simple and not that large but had some remodeling done. The team had lots of learning opportunities with this project as it took all day for the system to be perfectly installed.

Brian, our client is a very nice guy that appreciates good communication. He used to be the local pastor and has a wife and two teenage sons. He tested for radon and got levels of 8 and just recently became aware of. Wife has office in basement which is very alarming since that's where she spends the most time on. They also have a split level basement. The team ended the installation by routing up under ceiling across the basement and core through block next to window, elbow over and up for radon fan to fit. Everything went well and the clients are happy!
