Active-to-Passive Conversion: Clean Radon System Upgrade in the Corner of the Home

This homeowner had a passive radon system in place but wanted to take the next step toward full protection with an active radon mitigation system. At their request, our team installed the new fan and piping neatly in the corner of the house, keeping the setup efficient and low-profile. The upgraded system now provides consistent suction and reliable radon reduction for a healthier living space.

Brian, our client is a very nice guy that appreciates good communication. He used to be the local pastor and has a wife and two teenage sons. He tested for radon and got levels of 8 and just recently became aware of. Wife has office in basement which is very alarming since that's where she spends the most time on. They also have a split level basement. The team ended the installation by routing up under ceiling across the basement and core through block next to window, elbow over and up for radon fan to fit. Everything went well and the clients are happy! 

This client just recently purchased their home and wants to make sure their radon levels are monitored and are at the lowest possible. Customers were satisfied with the work.
