Our team recently completed a 3-point radon mitigation system designed to protect a family’s indoor air quality. One point was installed in the crawl space, another next to the washer and plumbing stack, and the third in the corner of the laundry room. The system was routed through the rim joist and crawl space, then extended up the side of the house over the gutter line to ensure optimal radon reduction.
