What Is Radon Before & After Photos

A residential home in Red Oak, IA needed a radon mitigation set-up for additional protection. Not only while this was being processed, the Team where also able to find a crawling reptile in the area! 

Our duo team John and Austin had some challenges with this installation but made sure the job gets done. Everything went well and the customer is happy. 

Pet-loving family with a tall home called our professional help to have a radon mitigation system installed since they wanted to make sure their home is safe to live in. This was a unique install since our techs saw they had a big pitbull but was super friendly.

This client really had a radon mitigation system on her list to be done in her basement. She was really decided regardless of whatever levels her radon test would return. We explained the crawlspace and extraction points we will do and they were happy about it. Everything went well. 

The radon levels were over 11 in this newly constructed home at Avoca, IA. The homeowners were fully aware that it's becoming mandatory for real estate to have a radon mitigation system installed at home. The team designed a point by stack on the south side of the house. It was installed in the future storage room as this was preferred by the homeowner initially. It was an easy installation due to the basement remodel, it's wide open for the team to access. No damage and no clean-ups. Client was really happy how it turned out!
