This utility room was the workshop of this client and he made a radon test which returned to high levels. He was not really happy getting another expense but learning how radon exposure works, he really took this decision of getting a radon mitigation as an investment!

Custom Radon Mitigation and Crawlspace Encapsulation Designed to Preserve Home Aesthetics and Air Quality
This project required multiple visits and careful planning, as the homeowners were highly particular about both aesthetics and performance. The final solution included two custom radon mitigation systems. The first system involved encapsulating a crawlspace and running a suction point through the rim joist into a sump on the opposite wall. Routing was planned carefully to preserve the home's appearance, with the discharge venting neatly over the eave. The second system was installed on the opposite side of the house after detailed discussions around pipe placement and existing waterproofing. Additional sealing was done around the basement perimeter, using grey caulking as requested. Despite the home's complex layout, the final system was designed to protect both the home's health and its visual appeal.
Radon Mitigation - Charter Oak, IA
It started with an inaccessible crawlspace which became quite a burden for the team. Then, they came up with a work around and installed with a 1 sub slab extraction point. There were no issues at all. Client was happy how it turned out as they were planning this for a long time. They wanted to protect their home and family from the high radon exposure since they tested their home and came back with high radon levels.

Radon Mitigation - Clearmont, MO
This home's radon tests returned to elevated levels and the homeowner did not hesitate to get a radon mitigation system of her own. Her home is quite unique as it had a basement with a sub-basement. The lowest is unfinished. It was a smooth installation!
