I originally purchased my Radon mitigation system with Thrasher basements. I called today to order replacement breathe EZ air cleaners and Thrasher informed me of the transition to National Radon Defense Midwest. I was transferred over and spoke with "Sam". She informed me that she too had came from Thrasher, which instantly eased my mind. She was super professional and nice. She was able to pull my information up and move it over from Thrasher. She got my breathe EZ replacement filters ordered and explained their process for shipping. She even offered to send me all the information on the transfer and different Air quality options they have. The difference the breathe EZ makes in our home that is Pet Friendly is out of this world. Since having this filter for the last 2 years, I will never go back to the traditional filter sold at your local hardware store. Thank you for making the transition so easy!

We wanted a healthy home while we're living there, and for any future owners of our house. We were considering many different investments in our home: tree care, new concrete, and a Radon mitigation system. It was important to us to keep value in our home for when it comes time to sell. After speaking with NRD Midwest Indoor Air Quality Specialists, we were convinced the Radon mitigation system was the first investment we wanted to tackle together! The NRD Midwest team installed a 1 extraction point system with interior aesthetics and a muffler, a sump cover, a domed cover, and in their HVAC system installed a Breathe Easy Air Cleaner and UVC light to purify our air. We think it went great and were very pleased afterward.

Good so far! System is running fine. Pretty seamless install. They were very helpful and communicative about changes, okayed first, cleaned up well, and answered all my questions.
