On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give National Radon Defense Midwest a 10 since they did a great job and cleaned up very well. They explained everything and communicated well all through the time they were here. We will definitely recommend your company to others.

I contacted NRD Midwest concerned about a pipe that was leaking possibly from the roof boot of my radon mitigation system. When the NRD Midwest technitians checked it out, they discovered that the roof boot was not the cause of the leak, but instead it seemed to be from the fittings. The technitians rebuilt the piping from the moisture guard on up, and reinforced the fittings, making sure to tighten the fernco couplers extra tight. They even poured water in the discharge to test it: No leaks! They did a fine job, and cleaned up well after the work was finished. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were very receptive to what I wanted to relay about the situation.

Andrew and his crew were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Did a great job at cleaning up and took all saftey precautions with COVID in mind. They were on time and great to work with. From start to finish, I could not be happier with the office staff, sales, and production. I highly recommend them to all friends and family! Tens across the board!
